Fee Terms
1. General Policy
1.1. All students enrolling in Das Karate Academy agree to abide by the Fee Terms & Conditions mentioned herein.
1.2. The term “student” refers to the enrolled participant, and “academy” refers to Das Karate Academy and its affiliated branches.
1.3. These terms are applicable to all training programs, packages, and memberships offered by the academy—whether monthly, 
quarterly (3 months), half-yearly (6 months), or yearly (12 months).
2. Fee Structure and Payment Schedule
2.1. The fee structure is determined by the academy management and is subject to periodic revision. Any change will be notified in advance.
2.2. The applicable fee depends on the selected training package:
- Monthly Package: Valid for one calendar month from the date of joining or renewal. 
- 3-Months Package: Valid for 90 days from the date of joining. 
- 6-Months Package: Valid for 180 days from the date of joining. 
- 1-Year Package: Valid for 365 days from the date of joining. 
 
2.3. Students must pay the full fee for their chosen package in advance before attending classes.
2.4. Payments can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other approved modes of payment.
2.5. The academy will issue a digital or printed receipt upon receiving the payment.
3. Fee Non-Refundable Policy
3.1. All fees paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Voluntary withdrawal or discontinuation of training by the student. 
- Non-attendance due to illness, travel, personal commitments, or relocation. 
- Disciplinary termination from the academy. 
 
3.2. Once paid, the fee amount cannot be adjusted towards future months or other students.
4. Missed Classes and Compensation Policy
4.1. No fee adjustment or refund will be given for classes missed by the student for any reason (personal or medical).
4.2. Students enrolled under the monthly package are not eligible to request fee adjustments or carry forward missed classes to the next month.
4.3. In the event that the academy cancels or misses any scheduled class due to instructor unavailability, event participation, or unforeseen reasons, the academy will compensate with additional classes or rescheduled sessions.
4.4. The compensation schedule will be communicated by the instructor and must be attended within the notified period.
4.5. If the student fails to attend the compensated session, it will be considered as forfeited.
5. Fee Renewal Policy
5.1. Students must renew their chosen package before or on the due date to maintain continuous training access.
5.2. Failure to renew within the due date will result in automatic suspension from classes until renewal is completed.
5.3. Rejoining after a gap may require a new registration or additional rejoining fee at the discretion of the academy.
6. Late Payment Policy
6.1. For monthly or short-term packages, a late fee may be applicable if payment is delayed beyond the renewal date.
6.2. The academy reserves the right to deny class participation if the student’s fee remains unpaid.
6.3. Continuous late payments may result in suspension or termination of membership.
7. Fee Revision
7.1. The academy reserves the right to revise the fee structure periodically based on operational and program costs.
7.2. Any revision will apply from the next renewal cycle and will be duly communicated in advance.
8. Suspension, Transfer, or Freezing of Membership
8.1. The academy does not allow fee transfer or freezing of membership to another person, branch, or future date except under special conditions approved by the management.
8.2. Requests for suspension due to medical reasons must be supported by a valid medical certificate and are subject to management approval.
8.3. Even if temporarily suspended, the validity of the package will not be extended unless specifically permitted in writing.

9. Membership Break & Long Leave Policy
9.1. Students who plan to take a long holiday or break (ranging from 1 to 2 months) must apply for a membership break in advance by sending a leave request email to support@daskarateacademy.com. This policy applies to students under Monthly, Quarterly (3-Months), and Half-Yearly (6-Months) packages.
9.2. If a student remains absent or inactive for 3 consecutive months without formal communication, their membership will be automatically terminated, and readmission with applicable rejoining fees will be required to resume training.
9.3. For students enrolled in the Yearly Package, an additional 2-month extension is provided as a bonus benefit, covering any approved leave periods during their membership year.
10. Special Events, Camps, and Seminars
10.1. Regular training fees do not cover special events, tournaments, grading exams, seminars, or camps.
10.2. Participation in such events will require separate registration and payment.
10.3. Event fees are also non-refundable once registered.
11. Payment Confirmation and Records
11.1. Students must keep proof of payment (receipt or screenshot) until verified in the academy records.
11.2. Any discrepancy should be reported to the management immediately with valid proof.
12. Discontinuation and Rejoining
12.1. If a student discontinues training for any reason, previously paid fees will not be refunded or adjusted.
12.2. Upon rejoining, the student may be required to pay a re-admission fee or register again as per current policies.
13. Discipline and Compliance
13.1. Students must follow the academy’s code of conduct, uniform rules, and class etiquette.
13.2. Disciplinary actions, including suspension or termination, due to misconduct will not entitle the student to any fee refund or adjustment.
14. Agreement and Acceptance
By paying the fee and joining the training program, the student (or parent/guardian, in case of minors) acknowledges that:
- They have read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms and conditions. 
- They accept that the fee once paid will not be refunded or adjusted under any personal circumstances. 
- They agree to abide by all future policy updates notified by Das Karate Academy management.
