Head and shoulders clearly visible
Good lighting and plain/light background preferred
No sunglasses, caps, beauty filters or group photographs
Karate Gi is preferred where possible
JPG, PNG or WEBP; maximum 6 MB

DKA will supply official system data.

Joining Date, card validity, QR/verification data and other academy-controlled values will be taken from the official DKA record after review. Parents do not need to enter belt/grade or batch because these can change frequently.

Privacy: Residential address, parent/mobile number and emergency contact are collected for DKA's internal administration only and are not printed on the physical Student ID Card. Blood group may be shown on the card if provided.
