Last Updated: 07 July 2026
Welcome to Das Karate Academy. By accessing our website, enrolling in our classes, booking a trial session, purchasing any product, or making any payment for our services, you agree to follow the Terms and Conditions mentioned below.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or services.
1. About Das Karate Academy
Das Karate Academy provides martial arts training, Kyokushin Karate classes, fitness training, self-defence training, grading preparation, tournament preparation, and related academy services for kids, teens, and adults.
Our website is used to provide information about our academy, programs, class schedules, admission process, fee structure, events, products, and student-related services.
2. Eligibility for Enrollment
Students may enroll for classes based on the program suitable for their age, fitness level, and training requirement.
For minor students, enrollment must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. Parents or guardians are responsible for providing correct student details, medical information, emergency contact details, and other required information during admission.
Das Karate Academy reserves the right to accept, reject, pause, or discontinue any enrollment if the academy finds that the student is not suitable for the selected program or has violated academy discipline or safety guidelines.
3. Trial Classes
Trial classes may be offered based on availability and prior booking. Trial class participation does not guarantee admission or seat confirmation.
Students attending a trial class must follow academy discipline, safety instructions, and training guidelines. The academy may refuse a trial class or future enrollment if the student is found unsuitable for the training environment.
4. Fees and Payments
Students, parents, or customers are required to pay the applicable fees for registration, training, renewal, grading, events, uniforms, accessories, or any other service/product selected from Das Karate Academy.
All payments must be made on or before the due date mentioned in the invoice, notice, or communication shared by the academy.
Fee amounts, packages, offers, and payment terms may change from time to time at the discretion of Das Karate Academy. Any changes will be communicated through the website, invoice, official message, or academy notice.
Das Karate Academy is not responsible for delays caused due to incorrect payment details, incomplete information, bank-side issues, internet failure, or any technical issue beyond our control.
5. Invoices and Payment Confirmation
Once a payment is received and successfully verified, the academy may issue a receipt, invoice, or confirmation through email, message, student portal, or any other official communication channel.
Students and parents are requested to check the invoice details carefully. Any correction request must be communicated to the academy within a reasonable time.
6. Late Payment and Outstanding Fees
Fees must be paid within the due date. Delayed payments may result in reminders, temporary suspension of classes, restriction from grading/tournament participation, or discontinuation of training access until the outstanding amount is cleared.
Das Karate Academy reserves the right to take necessary action regarding unpaid dues.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Fees once paid are generally non-refundable unless specifically approved by Das Karate Academy.
Refunds, if applicable, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the payment, service status, attendance, product condition, or any valid reason submitted by the student/parent/customer.
Registration fees, renewal fees, association fees, grading fees, tournament fees, special training fees, and already-utilized services are generally not refundable.
If any refund is approved, it may take a reasonable number of working days to process after internal verification.
8. Class Attendance and Discipline
Students must attend classes regularly and on time. Irregular attendance may affect progress, grading eligibility, tournament preparation, and overall performance.
Students must maintain discipline, respect instructors, follow safety instructions, and behave respectfully with fellow students.
Das Karate Academy reserves the right to suspend or discontinue any student for misconduct, repeated indiscipline, unsafe behavior, non-payment of fees, or violation of academy rules.
9. Health, Fitness, and Safety
Karate and martial arts training involve physical activity. Students and parents must ensure that the student is medically fit to participate in training.
Any existing medical condition, injury, allergy, or physical limitation must be informed to the academy before joining or participating in any class, event, grading, or tournament.
Das Karate Academy takes reasonable care to maintain a safe training environment. However, minor injuries, strain, fatigue, or accidental injuries may happen during physical training. By enrolling, the student/parent/guardian accepts the normal risks involved in martial arts training.
10. Uniforms, Accessories, and Products
Uniforms, belts, training accessories, protective gear, and other products may be made available to students as per requirement.
Product availability, size, price, and delivery timeline may vary. Students/parents must check the size and product details before placing an order.
Products once used, damaged, altered, or washed may not be eligible for return or replacement unless there is a genuine manufacturing defect reported within a reasonable time.
11. Grading, Certification, and Tournament Participation
Grading and tournament participation depend on regular attendance, skill level, discipline, instructor approval, eligibility criteria, and academy guidelines.
Payment of grading or tournament fees does not automatically guarantee promotion, certification, selection, or participation.
Final decisions related to grading eligibility, rank promotion, tournament selection, and student readiness will remain with Das Karate Academy and the authorized instructors.
12. Offers and Promotions
Das Karate Academy may announce offers, discounts, or special packages from time to time. Such offers may be valid only for a limited period and may have specific terms.
The academy reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any offer without prior notice.
